1. What do you do if more than one person answers a call at the same time?

Callbacks are voice messages that will be left to someone when you are multi-line dialing. If caller 2 answers the phone while you are connected to caller 1, caller 2 will hear your callback message. The Dialer will then automatically load caller 2 as your next call when you end with caller 1.

2. How do I pick up where I left off?

Call campaigns will automatically be created for you any time you select multiple contacts to dial. To view your campaign details, simply click on the dial button without selecting any contacts, and resume any campaign where you left off.

3. What is Spam Protection?

Spam calls have become so prevalent that most people don't pick up numbers they don't recognize. This creates a challenge for legitimate sales agents, since there is a high probability your number has been marked as spam at some point, decreasing your connection rates. That’s why we’ve created SPAM Protection, to protect you against being marked as SPAM and improving your call connection rates by as much as 25%!

4. Do I really get unlimited minutes?

YES!!! When you are using computer audio, you will have unlimited minutes.

5. What is the price?

6. What is Whisper Mode?

Whisper lets you have someone listen in on your call session and speak to you without the other person hearing. This is great for training and QA purposes. For more on Whisper Mode, check out this article!

7. How do I connect to Spotify?

If you have a Spotify Premium account, WAVV can automatically pause and resume your music as calls answer and hang up. You'll be prompted to connect your account.
